Wang Lang Market

Wang Lang is all about the food! There are loads tasty food stalls selling a wide variety of Thai dishes, specialities and sweets, with most dishes costing B30-100. There are so many nice things to try, fluffy roti with condensed milk, fired chicken, slow-roasted massaman curry…. There is also a cool retro-styled/vintage section selling clothes, bags and accessories, as well as a massage parlour. So you can eat, shop and relax! It’s a real treasure trove of food, and most tourists don’t make it over here, but it's just an easy hop over the river from Koh San Road. The market is located right next to the Wang Lang pier. Phra Arthit pier (near Khao San Road), Maharaj pier and Tha Chang pier (near Grand Palace) all have frequent 3 baht ferry shuttles over to Wang Lang all day.
