Learn Flying Trapeze

One of the more unusual and daring activities that you might want to try out on Koh Tao is learning how to "fly on a trapeze in paradise". This is another activity that is operated run by the ubiquitous and reputable Good Time Adventures organisation, and their trapeze rigs are located near the main road on the perimeter of Sairee beach. The operators claim that trapezing can be tried by anyone, regardless of their age or level of fitness. Even if you are scared of heights, most people say they soon overcome their fears under the expert tutelage of the resident expert instructors. Good Time reports that 70% of 'fliers' are able to make a mid-air catch in just one lesson. Doesn't that make you want to give it a go? The lessons accommodate a maximum of 6 people, and you will learn trapeze skills such as swinging with a 'knee hang', and a back flip dismount. By the end of a single lesson, you should be ready for the mid-air catch, with one of the instructors waiting for you swinging on the opposite bar. "Can I do all this, in just one lesson?" Yes!
